These updates span across snowmaking, guest services, rental equipment, and more, ensuring that your time on the mountain is better than ever.

Here’s a rundown of what’s new:

Snowmaking Improvements on Spruce

Pajarito’s snowmaking capabilities are getting a significant boost this season. We’ve repaired a critical snowmaking pipe and fixed a water main, meaning more snow in less time! With these enhancements, we’ll now deliver 300% more water to the slopes in the same amount of time, ensuring better coverage and faster terrain openings. Snowmaking will help us lay down a solid base early in the season, so you can enjoy more time on the snow.

New Trail Signage

Getting around the mountain is easier than ever thanks to our new trail signage. Clear and updated signs will help you navigate Pajarito’s terrain, making it simple to find your favorite runs or explore new ones. These signs are designed to enhance your safety and guide you around the mountain, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skier.

Advanced Tuning Machine in the Rental Shop

We’re introducing a state-of-the-art tuning machine in the rental shop that will provide guests with a full-service tuning experience. This machine will handle everything from waxing to edging, ensuring your skis or snowboard are performing at their best. Bring your gear for professional tuning at Pajarito.

Upgraded Rental Equipment

Our rental fleet is getting a major upgrade this season. We’re introducing a brand-new snowboard rental fleet, along with new ski poles and kids’ ski boots. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or a first-time skier, our improved rental equipment will ensure that everyone has a top-notch experience on the slopes. Plus, we’re adding new lockers!

Refurbishing Our Terrain Park Features

We’re resurrecting the features from our terrain parks of old, to bring back some old school rails and boxes to the mountain.

Full Snowmaking Pond

Our pond is full and ready to deploy for snowmaking this winter! Remember our scheduled opening day is December 13.

A New Oven in the Café

To make your après-ski experience even better, we’ve upgraded the café with a new oven. Expect faster service and a wider range of warm, delicious food options to refuel after a long day on the mountain. Whether you’re craving a quick snack or a hearty meal, our café will now offer an improved dining experience to keep you energized.
